Nurse/Baby Bella And PJ Bella

I made some new Bella cards. I used the great sticker paper that I got for my birthday from Trace. Since the colors were a little different on the two pieces I cut I colored the nurses' outfits different colors. I can't decide which one I like better but I have to decide because I'm giving one away tomorrow!

I also made a new card with PJ Bella. Again, I used that wonderful sticker paper from Trace. I used certainly celery as the card base and I colored the image with my prismacolor pencils and gamasol. I just love the pj bella! She makes me want to go jump in my pjs now and snuggle up with a blanket in my oversized chair! I can't wait to get in there and make some more Bella cards but it is getting late tonight and I'm not sure if I'm up to more stamping. I'll post some more as soon as I get them made! TFL!

More New Bellas and Ribbon

Here are the new Bellas I got today! I'm so excited about them and I already inked some of them up! I also picked up this new ribbon at Michael's the other day. More of the colors I love in ribbon!

I got some wonderful things for my birthday, which was April 20th. I got this wonderful card in the mail from Mandy. Mandy your watercoloring on this card is beautiful! I love the colors you used. It really brightened my day!



I also got a card from Kyla Maestas. I won a blog contest on her blog and I got this card. It just happened to come on my birthday too! You should check out her blog, it is one of my favorites! I love to see all the neat ideas she has on there!



I also got some goodies from my friend Trace. She gave me lots of goodies but these are the stamping related things I got! I love these self adhesive mats that I can use! It is like a giant sticker! Can you believe it? Where have I been? I have never seen these before but she said she got them at Target! I have already used them on some of my cards that I'll post later tonight!

This ribbon is also from a friend from school. Lynn, thanks for the wonderful ribbon! I just love the colors and I can't wait to use it on some cards in the near future! Keep checking back to see what I make with this!

Bella Friends

I finally made a card using the bella friends. I sat and looked at it for a while. I finally came up with this card. I pulled out this polka dot paper I had bought a while back and paired it up with burgundy, banana, and blue. My husband even helped me come up with the right colors to use with this polka dot paper. I'm excited that I finally came up with this one on my own, I didn't CASE anyone. I even used those little flower clips I bought several months ago when Hobby Lobby had them on sale. I think this is a great friend card. I can't wait to give them all away!

Bellas in Pink

I went to Michael's today and found some cute pink paisley paper. I also bought several rolls of the ribbon they have on sale this week. I thought this ribbon went great with the paper I picked up.

I also made these cute baby shower invitations for my friend Cher. We are giving her a shower and I just had to use this Bella. I also love my 1+1=3 stamp with this Bella. It was just the right thing to go on the card. I pulled out my prima flowers that I don't use that often. I have been trying to start using a lot of some of the stuff I have and don't use. I'm never sure how to use them but I liked the look of this flower on the corner. I also added a clear rhinestone to the center. I colored in the bow on the bear and Bella's top along with the bag with my clear glitter pen. I just love to add a little sparkle to my cards.

Walkabella

I finally sat down tonight and made a few cards. I always make 4 to 6 cards when I make one. That way I have plenty on hand when I need one. I have fallen in love with these Bella stamps! I also love this new paper Trace got for me. I decided to use this paper along with my new Walkabella. I just love this little puppy- I tried to make him look like my dog. If it was really going to look like Bandit they would need to add about 5 lbs. to him! You can't tell in the picture but I used my glitter pen on the flowers on Bella's dress and the little dog's bow. I'm not sure I'm crazy about the way this one turned out, but I have 4 to send out!

Trip to Michael's and a Gift!!!

I went to Michael's this weekend and I found this great ribbon! I love the bright spring colors so I had to buy it. Then on the way home I thought about all the great Bella cards I could make with this ribbon!

So, I get home and my creative juices had dried up! I just sat at my stamp desk and looked at all the great things I have to use. But I couldn't come up with anything to make. Don't you just hate it when that happens. Finally I came up with this card but it is not my favorite. I feel like it is missing something.

You will never guess what I got today! My great friend Trace brought me an Easter present today at work. I love designer paper and she picked some out for me! I just love it all! I can't wait to make something with this great new paper! I hope I can come up with something this time! I can't believe she can go and pick paper I just love! We were laughing the other day because we love the same stamp sets but if we were to both make a card using the same set it would be so different. I go more for the pastels and she does a lot of earth elements! We should do it sometime and I'll have to post it here for you guys to see what I'm talking about.
